Complete Ocean Neighborhood

BarriOceano is a chill and peaceful place with different options to stay. Come and visit us just some minutes away from the unique black sand beach, the mangroves and all the attractions in town.

BarriOceano has four different houses. In the center of the houses is the swimming pool.

1. WhiteWash House + Ranch (6 People)

First level: Living room, kitchen, private bathroom with outdoor shower.

Second level: 2 Queen beds and air conditioning.

Third level: It's an outdoor ranch-style room. 1 queen bed

2. LineUp House + Ranch (4 People)

First level: Living room, kitchen

Second level: 1 Queen bed, desk and air conditioning.

Third level: It's an outdoor ranch. Queen bed

Rancho and Ranchito have separate entrances with high stairs (please consider this if you have an injury or condition that makes climbing stairs difficult). There is also a bathroom with an extra shower.

3. Wave House (4 People)

First level: Two separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with an open-style shower. At the front of the house, there is a small deck with a hammock and a view of the pool.

Second level: Living area and kitchen has a fan.

The steps to the second level are high; consider this if you have an injury or condition that makes it difficult for you to climb them.

4. Barrel House (2 people)

First Level: Living room, kitchen

Second Level: 1 Queen bed and air conditioning. Private bathroom with shower and bathtub

It is important to know that we do accept children, but the infrastructure is not adequate.

Parking:

The parking area is accessed through the sliding gate. It's usually unlocked; you just push to open it. Inside the property, there's space for four cars, and there's also street parking available outside the Whitewash and LineUp.

BarriOceano in El Paredon. It is important for us to inform you that during the rainy season and peak season (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc.) the electrical service sometimes collapses. When this happens, we also lose access to water.
