BarriOceano is a tranquil resort offering a variety of modern accommodation options. Come visit us and choose one of our four private houses, located just minutes from the stunning black sand beach, mangroves, and the village's main attractions.
In the center of the four cottages you will find a shared swimming pool, perfect for relaxing during your stay.

El Paredón offers a wide variety of activities for everyone. You can choose from surfing, exploring the incredible nature, kayaking, or simply relaxing on our comfortable terraces.

First Level:

• Private bathroom with outdoor shower.
• Living room with sofa bed (spacious).
• Kitchen with everything you need to cook: Refrigerator, stove, dishes, set of pots, pans, utensils, etc.
• Small jet with water filter
• The house has its own garden with a deck and chairs to enjoy the view. From there you can access the pool area, which is shared with the other houses.
• Fan (it's a bit low, so be careful not to bump into it)

Second Level:

• Queen bed
• Air-conditioning
• Desk
• Floating bleachers without railings.
• Caution with the bleachers, as they are floating and do not have a safety railing.
• Caution with the second-level railing, as its design is fragile.

Parking is in front of the house, at the side of the street. It is not covered. BarriOceano is not responsible for damage to the vehicle.

Please note that there is another room at the top of the house that can be rented separately.

BarriOceano is located in a small fishing village on the southern coast of Guatemala, which is currently developing and growing. It is still a rural area. We want to inform you that during the rainy season and peak tourist season (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc.), the electricity service sometimes goes out. When this happens, we also lose access to water.
