BarriOceano - Ranchito

BarriOceano is a tranquil resort offering a variety of modern accommodations. Come visit us and choose one of our four private houses, located just minutes from the stunning black sand beach, mangroves, and the village's main attractions.
In the center of the four cottages you will find a shared swimming pool, perfect for relaxing during your stay.

El Paredón offers a wide variety of activities for everyone. You can choose from surfing, exploring the incredible nature, kayaking, or simply relaxing on our comfortable terraces.

Room

It's a cool and comfortable outdoor room on the third level of Casa WhiteWash, and it boasts a wonderful view. The entrance is on the side of the house with a steep staircase (please consider this if you have an injury or condition that makes climbing stairs difficult).

Inside the room you will find:

• Queen size bed
• Acapulco Chair
• Swing
• Clothes or towel hooks (Do not hang them on glass railings.)
• Fan (it's a bit low, so be careful not to bump into it).

The bathroom is located under the stairs on the first level. It is shared with the other room (Rancho). It has a sink, toilet, and shower.

The parking area is accessed through the sliding gate. It is usually unlocked; you just need to push to open it.

The parking lot is not covered, therefore BarriOceano is not responsible for damage to vehicles.

It's important to keep in mind that when renting this room during the rainy season, it's possible that during a strong tropical storm, some water may enter through the open part of the ranch (window). This is an area that cannot be closed off.

BarriOceano is located in a small fishing village on the southern coast of Guatemala, which is currently developing and growing. It is still a rural area. We want to inform you that during the rainy season and peak tourist season (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc.), the electricity service sometimes goes out. When this happens, we also lose access to water.

We would also like to mention that our accommodation has palm roofs, so you can sometimes hear the noise of bats.
