BarriOceano is a tranquil resort offering a variety of modern accommodations. Come visit us and choose one of our four private houses, located just minutes from the stunning black sand beach, mangroves, and the village's main attractions.
In the center of the four cottages you will find a shared swimming pool, perfect for relaxing during your stay.

El Paredón offers a wide variety of activities for everyone. You can choose from surfing, exploring the incredible nature, kayaking, or simply relaxing on our comfortable terraces.

Two-story house distributed as follows:

First Level:

• Private bathroom with outdoor shower.

• Spacious and comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook (Refrigerator, stove, oven, dishes, set of pots, pans, utensils, etc.).
• Small jet with water filter.
• The stove requires a lighter; you can usually find one in the kitchen. If you don't find one, please contact Airbnb via chat to request one.

Second Level:

• 2 Queen beds and air conditioning.
• Desk
• Caution is advised with the bleachers as the style is without safety railings.

• The house has its own garden, deck, garden table and chairs to enjoy. Through this garden you have access to the pool shared with the other houses.
• Parking is in front of the house, on the side of the street. It is not covered. BarriOceano is not responsible for damage to the vehicle.

Please note that there is another room at the top of the house that is rented separately.

BarriOceano is located in a small fishing village on the southern coast of Guatemala, which is currently developing and growing. It is still a rural area. It is important for us to inform you that during the rainy season and peak seasons (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc.), the electrical service sometimes fails. When this happens, we also lose access to water.
