BarriOceano is a tranquil resort offering a variety of modern accommodations. Come visit us and choose one of our four private houses, located just minutes from the stunning black sand beach, mangroves, and the village's main attractions.
In the center of the four cottages you will find a shared swimming pool, perfect for relaxing during your stay.

El Paredón offers a wide variety of activities for everyone. You can choose from surfing, exploring the incredible nature, kayaking, or simply relaxing on our comfortable terraces.

Two-story house distributed as follows:

First Level:

-Spacious and comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook (Refrigerator, stove, oven, dishes, set of pots, pans, utensils, etc).

-Small jet with water filter.

Second Level:

- 1 Queen bed and air conditioning.

- Private bathroom with shower and bathtub (still no hot water)

BarriOceano is located in a small fishing village on the southern coast of Guatemala, which is currently developing and growing. It is still a rural area. It is important for us to inform you that during the rainy season and peak seasons (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc.), the electrical service sometimes fails. When this happens, we also lose access to water.

We would also like to mention that our accommodation has palm roofs, so you can sometimes hear the noise of bats.
