BarriOceano is a tranquil resort offering a variety of modern accommodations. Come visit us and choose one of our four private houses, located just minutes from the stunning black sand beach, mangroves, and the village's main attractions.
In the center of the four cottages you will find a shared swimming pool, perfect for relaxing during your stay.

El Paredón offers a wide variety of activities for everyone. You can choose from surfing, exploring the incredible nature, kayaking, or simply relaxing on our comfortable terraces.

This house has three levels distributed as follows:

First level:

Spacious and comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook (refrigerator, stove, dishes, set of pots, pans, utensils, etc.), private bathroom with outdoor shower.

The house has its own garden, deck, garden table and chairs to enjoy. Through this garden you have access to the pool shared with the other two houses.

There is also an extra bathroom for the Rancho, which is shared with another room (Ranchito). It has a sink, toilet, and shower.

Second level Loft style : Queen bed, desk and air conditioning.

Third level: It's a ranch with a separate entrance. The entrance is to the side of the house with high stairs (consider this if you have an injury or condition that makes climbing stairs difficult).

Inside the room you will find: Queen size bed, Acapulco chair, Hammock, Fan (you have to be a little careful as the fan is not very high)

The room is outdoors, you can ask for a canopy (mosquito net) if you require one.

Parking is in front of the house, on the side of the street. It does not have a roof. BarriOceano is not responsible for damage to the vehicle.

BarriOceano is located in a small fishing village on the southern coast of Guatemala, which is currently developing and growing. It is still a rural area. We want to inform you that during the rainy season and peak tourist season (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc.), the electricity service sometimes goes out. When this happens, we also lose access to water.

We would also like to mention that our accommodation has palm roofs, so you can sometimes hear the noise of bats.
