Our house has four bedrooms:

• Room 1: Queen bed with private bathroom

(capacity for 2 people).

• Room 2: double bed and two bunk beds (capacity for 4 people).

• Room 3: double bed.

(capacity for 2 people).

• Room 4: double bed.

(capacity for 2 people).

In addition, there is a second shared bathroom inside the house, as well as an additional bathroom and an outdoor shower for added convenience.

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with essential utensils. Purified drinking water is also provided during your stay. In addition, there is a dining table and a comfortable living room for relaxing. Outside, you'll enjoy a deck and a private pool, perfect for unwinding.

There is enough space within the property to park between 2 and 3 vehicles.

Balam is located in a small town in the department of Sonsonate in El Salvador, which is in the process of development and growth. Currently, it is a rural area. It is important for us to inform you that during the rainy season and peak tourist seasons (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc.), the electrical service sometimes fails. When this happens, we also lose access to water.
